Purchases and enrolments, where applicable, are processed through Hotmart. Applicable pricing, payment, refund, and purchase conditions are governed by the information communicated through Hotmart and before completing the purchase.

• Use the site and programs lawfully, respectfully, and in accordance with these Terms.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, content, or another person’s information.
• Do not use our materials for unlawful, deceptive, harmful activities, or activities that violate third-party rights.

Kaná Labs content, including text, course materials, trademarks, designs, and resources, is protected by applicable laws. You receive a personal, limited, non-transferable permission to use it within the purchased program. You may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, or exploit those materials without written permission.

5. Technology and artificial intelligence

Kaná Labs training is educational and informational. Artificial intelligence tools may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable results. You must review results and use your own judgment before making personal, professional, legal, financial, medical, or other important decisions.

The site may link to third-party services, such as Hotmart, Google Forms, or WhatsApp. Those services have their own terms and policies; Kaná Labs does not control their availability or content.
