• Program and form data: responses, submission date, respondent email when collected by a form, and association with a course or group where applicable.
• Technical and usage data: browsing information and analytics events collected through Google Analytics.
• Transaction information: purchases and payment data are processed by Hotmart. Kaná Labs receives the information needed to administer your enrolment and provide the service.

• Respond to enquiries, administer enrolments, and provide requested courses, support, or services.
• Operate program forms, link responses to participants where appropriate, and analyse aggregated results to improve our services.
• Send communications related to your enquiry, enrolment, or program where appropriate.

4. Google Forms data

When you answer a Google Form connected to Kaná Labs, we may access your responses and, when the form is configured to collect it, your email address. We use this information only to operate the program, administer responses, associate them with participants where appropriate, and produce internal aggregated analysis.

We do not sell Google Forms data or use it for interest-based advertising. Access is limited to authorized personnel and providers who help operate the infrastructure described in this Policy.

5. Providers and disclosure

We may use providers that process information on our behalf to operate our services. These include:

• Google: Google Forms, Google Cloud, Firebase/Firestore, Pub/Sub, and Google Analytics.
• FormSubmit: receiving and delivering messages submitted through public forms.
• Hotmart: processing purchases and enrolments where applicable.
• WhatsApp: when you choose to start a conversation through a WhatsApp link.

6. Retention and security

We retain contact enquiries for up to 24 months. We retain course, form, and participant data while needed to operate the service, maintain reasonable records, and meet legal obligations.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to limit access to information. No transmission or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your rights and choices
